    Thanks to the invention, men's trousers have now been provided which in an excellent way fulfill their purposes while at the same time being both easy and inexpensive to manufacture. Through the trousers, a solution has now been developed that, very effectively, holds the entire package in place at a desired height position with the help of the upper height edge adjustment's automatic height position adjustment.
    The invention is described in more detail below by means of a preferred embodiment with reference to the accompanying drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a schematic perspective view of a nance trousers according to the invention with a pocket sewn into it, the inner free upper edge portion of which is automatically adjustable in height; Fig. 2 shows a schematic perspective view of the trousers shown in Fig. 1 seen from above, and Fig. 3 shows two schematic partial views of a flexible band with a band for limited flexibility, which is intended to indirectly attach the free end portions of the adjusting member to the waist portion of the trousers.
    As can be seen from Figures 1 and 2 ', a preferred embodiment of one is shown here. men's trousers 1 according to the present invention. The men's trousers 1, which are primarily intended for use by athletes and other active persons, comprise a waist portion 2 and rear and front portions 3,4 extending therefrom. These are in a carrier's branch 5 connected to or merge into each other. The front part 4 of the trousers 1 has on its inside 6 a sewn-in pocket 7 with an upper, free edge portion 8 and the sides 12, 13 of the pocket 7 are in the example shown sewn into the inside 6 of the front part 4 of the pocket 7. in the greater part of the extent of the front portion 4 and furthermore the front portion 14 of the pocket 7 is formed by the inside 6 of the front portion 4 of the trousers 1. The height position of the edge portion 8 is automatically adjustable relative to the waist portion at a first 2 vertically and also when needed, t .ex. use of the pants. This adjustment is made by means of adjusting means 9 extending indirectly from the waist portion 2 via flexible straps 17, 18 consisting of a wire or a strap 10 partly depending on the current user's genital placement on the body and partly depending on the user's type of sport in order to provide an anchorage and also a "push up" effect of the man's entire package, ie. both scrotum and penis. The flexible straps 17, 18 are with their one end 21 at least on one side of the strap 10 fixed or along the waist portion 2 movably adjustable attachable adjustably attached to the waist portion 2 and with its other end 22 attached to the free end portions 15,16 of the adjusting member 9.
    The strap 10 forming the adjusting member 9 can be constituted by an elastic band, by means of which the free edge portion 8 is clampable in the forward direction towards a waist strap 11 present in the waist portion 2 for the position fixation of the trousers themselves on the user. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, both free end portions 15, 16 of the adjusting member 9 are indirectly adjustably fixable along the waist portion 2 via the flexible straps 17, 18 having their degree of elongation limiting and at each end 21,22 of these attached, unstretchable or fixed straps 19 , 20.
    Fig. 3 shows a schematic enlargement of a flexible band 17,18, the degree of stretching of which is limited by an overlying one extending at the respective end 21; 22 of the same fixed, unstretchable or fixed band 20; 21 and which bands are together arranged to maintain an automatic height position after putting on the trousers at the same time as. a minimum, previously set height position for the edge portion 8 can be maintained. The upper view shows this flexible band 177 in a natural, unstretched or unstretched state and the lower view shows the same band 178 in a limited extended state.
